Five Guys Burger and Fries This weekend’s festivities could be described as low key: celebratory hh with miss J, trivia night with A which turned into a ping pong tournament…and then of course, FOOTBALL. (which really just means I have an excuse for sitting outside being social) but I’m getting off topic. Sunday was a productive day so, after cleaning the house, a little church and posting things to sell on craigslist (anyone want a shelving unit or a rug?) it was time to grub. Mr. T was on board with trying another burger spot. After the Five Guys was declared the ‘best burger’ by some national burger hunt we figured we couldn’t go wrong trying there next. We headed out to the one by Bunker Hill & I10, it’s in one of the new shopping centers that are springing up over there. I really would get fat if I lived out this way… The first thing that struck me was how much it reminded me of in-and-out burger, very simplistic color scheme (red/white) and very Spartan. so i know, i know... it's been a bit since I've last made an appearance. Work has consumed my life as of late, and thus I've lost anything 'fun' to talk about. (unless you consider 'Was the user in the correct environment for setting up a new mineral property?', "fun"...). This period at the office is coming to a close so I should be able to find better things to discuss soon. Additionally, during our VERY relaxing weekend at the lake (no politics but definitely some fries), I gave myself a nice whack on the head from my wakeboarding attempt and it's led to some fun memory lapses. 'blah blah?? what? I just asked you that question?...well what was your answer...ok.' ... 'blah blah?? - oh geez, I'm doing it again... but what was your answer one last time?' Thanks to H & M for being good sports, and the dear T for worrying about me without making me worry... I believe I'm fine or, as fine as I ever am. Last weekend'...
