Travel is NOT the way
I often wonder what is the way to happiness? I know many things it is not – it’s not money, it’s not fame, it’s not a million friends… but I know there are some small things that go into making one truly happy, without getting into those things I will add one more thing to my list of what is NOT the way to happiness. Work Travel. I signed myself up for this project, with a fairly hopeful attitude. Those that know me, know this is a struggle (go ahead, laugh). I am very analytical, perhaps the sole reason I decided to become an attorney, and I tear apart everything. I cannot stress the ‘everything’ enough. But after a weighing of the potential benefits, my problems with the alternatives, etc I decided to go for it. I mean, honestly, a few months is not that long. I was wrong. I’ve since noticed a few things about myself. 1. I am more of a homebody than I used to think 2. I love alone time 3. I hate, hate, HATE most hotel rooms.
